ooh, what a long artistic hiatus! but it was worth it!

Back in December I pulled out the frame "PLAN".... toyed with doing something on graph paper and then realized that it was a perfect goad to getting my chaotic studio space spruced up.  I am so very excited about the transformation!!!
 So here are three BEFORE photos

Way-too-Busy design wall!!!

So, I drew a plan, hired a friend to build some things, bought paint and storage things, and worked like a woman posessed for days ---drawing poor Mother into the vortex of change.  The fumes of spray paint and piles of "sort this to be put there, but can't do it until that pile is moved here...etc." threatened to make me turn my tail and put everything back where it had been.  But I (no, WE) perservered and here is the result:

 The wall color and the new shelf just make my heart sing!  Mother likes it too, so we are both finding a very "happy place" in our new creative digs.
