We had visitors last night.  My brother and his wife brought three WSU students with them to visit us.  The girls are really fun and we just had a great time talking about all sorts of things from Art to Jesus. We told them about our blog (and are hoping they will join our 365 challenge) Anyway, one of them helped us out by picking our next frame -- "doodle/design."  Whoopee!!!  Perfect opportunity to put to use the new little book I bought at LOJ this past weekend. It is  Zentangles Basic-- (google 'zentangle' for good info on what they are)  This is my version of a zentangle.

Mom is refining her quilt design and I believe she is pressing and cutting pieces as I type so she can start sewing soon. She didn't want to take time to do some other sort of doodle or design so asked if her refined quilt design could stand.  "Yep!"
